Aurora’s Elderly Care Network (AECN) is your one-stop shop for finding placement and receiving board and care services either for yourself, a family in need, a friend or a loved one for both long and short term periods of stays.
At AECN, we help families and health professionals alike find responsible, adequate care for those in need. Experienced professionals, doing all the legwork, from the beginning to the end.
Top to bottom, our staff are equipped to support new residents in transitioning to a smaller, more focused environment, as well as their friends and families in adjusting to a partnership with a board and care home.

What we provide…
All communities in Aurora’s Elderly Care Network provide a person-centered style of care to residents while also maintaining a professional caregiver-client relationship. Care staff will support the social, emotional, mental, physical and functional needs of each resident and provide detailed record keeping and reporting of observation and fact-based feedback to supporting medical staff (MDs, PTs, OTs, RNs), appropriately skilled professionals (ASPs) and families.

In addition, all communities in Aurora’s Elderly Care Network will provide the following:
Room Accommodations
Private rooms, some with their own private bathroom, either fully furnished, or empty and ready to be furnished.
Care and Supervision
Full 24 hour care with two caregivers assisting with daily activities (ADLs) and one awake staff for all-night supervision.
Food and Dietary Services
Homecooked meal plans (and snacks) that can accommodate for special diets inspired by healthy aging nutrition.
Medication Management
Centrally stored, order/re-order and observed self-administration of prescribed and/or over-the-counter medications.
Promotion of Capabilities
Encouragement and one-on-one support for the highest level of functional capabilities relative to each client for all activities of daily living.
Help with Support Services
Continuous assistance for the resident’s PT/OT/Diet goals as directed by the appropriately skilled professionals and help to gain access to such services.

Aurora’s Elderly Care Network began and operates North-East of San Francisco and South-West of Lake Tahoe in California, USA. Expanding throughout the course of over a decade, the homes in network have endured through and adjusted to both the technological and physical developments of the surrounding environment. Beautiful weather, charming residential neighborhoods and senior friendly parks and recreation are all just brief descriptions of what our surrounding community offers.
